With our dedicated team, the Clothier Construction team can help you with every step of building your dream home. Whether you know all the details, or just a dream of an idea, our friendly team can help take you though the process and will be with you every step of the way.
Stage 1: Meeting and Design
We will schedule a meeting with you to go over your ideas and gain insight into your vision.
Our design team will visit the site to evaluate the land and assist you in maximizing its potential.
After that, we will create an initial concept to present to you, which we will refine together until we achieve the final plan.
Stage 2: Consent and Construction
Our team will handle all necessary permit applications and approvals
We will prepare the site, clearing it and setting up necessary temporary facilities.
Construction will begin with the foundation being laid. We construct the buildings framework, including the walls, floors and roof.
Windows, doors, roofing and exterior cladding will be installed. Plumbing, electrical work, and all interior finishes are completed.
Regular inspections are completed to ensure compliance with building codes and standards.
Stage 3: Completion and Handover
We will conduct thorough final inspections to ensure that everything meets our high standards
A final walk through will be completed on site with you to ensure your new home is perfect for you. Handover will be completed with you getting the keys to your brand new home!
Our team will continue to be available to you for ongoing support following your new build.
